If you are not satisfied with a product you bought at RobotDyn or make a mistake in the order, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it within 30 days of receipt. Pls, must first advise us by submitting a request to email. We will provide you with an RMA number. Unfortunately returns cant will be accepted without having previously obtained an RMA number. The product must then be returned in its original packaging not opened. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions.

Defect products return.

If the product is defective, and Customer Support has confirmed a problem with the product, we will send a new one or refund the defective product.

Missing or incorrect address.

If packages are returned to us for missing or incorrect address information. The shipment fee and return fee deduct that from your refund if you want to cancel or,  if you choose to re-ship the package it will be added to the cost of the re-shipment fee. Please take a moment to check and make sure your address book is up to date.

International shipment return.

When packages are returned to us if they are refused at customs for any reason. If there are any customs fees and shipping charges to return your order, this will be deducted from the refund (if you want to cancel the order) or added to the re-shipment fee if you want to re-ship the order.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and charges of your country, we can only refund after receiving the parcel back. Returns will be withheld by the shipping cost and the cost of return and other possible fees.
